They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Subsidiaries, affiliates, and other companies that perform marketing or member services on Pima Federal Credit Union's behalf. Non-Affiliates: Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Pima Federal Credit Union does not share with non-affiliates so they can market to you. Joint Marketing: A formal agreement between non-affiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. Our joint marketing partners include financial service companies such as insurance agencies, financial advisors, security broker-dealers, and credit card companies. |

In accordance with Arizona law, Pima Federal Credit Union will not share information we collect about Arizona residents with companies outside of Pima Federal Credit Union, except as permitted by law, such as legal processes or as required to service your account. We will limit sharing within our company to the extent required by applicable Arizona law. |
