At Pima Federal, we believe a strong community is one where people come together to support one another. As a credit union, People Helping People is more than a philosophy. It is something we put into action every day.
We’re proud to support the communities we call home through employee volunteerism, educational outreach, charitable giving, and sponsorships of local events and organizations. Through our Community Engagement Program, our employees are encouraged to give their time, talents, and resources to causes that make a difference in the lives of others.
Whether we’re volunteering alongside a local nonprofit, supporting an organization’s mission, helping fund a community event, or sharing financial education, we’re committed to making a meaningful difference in the communities we serve.

Every year, Pima Federal provides support to nonprofits, community organizations, educational programs, and local events throughout Arizona. These partnerships allow us to give back in ways that create lasting impact and help build stronger, more connected communities.
The Benefits of Pima Federal Membership
As a credit union, our members are at the heart of everything we do. That commitment extends to the communities we serve through Pima Shares, our community giving and engagement program.
Pima Shares welcomes requests from both members and non-members. However, requests submitted by Pima Federal members and member organizations receive priority consideration.
That doesn’t mean non-member requests are any less important. We strive to support as many organizations and initiatives as possible, and every request is thoughtfully reviewed based on factors such as community impact, alignment with our mission, available resources, and timing.

- Allow up to 30 days for a response. Once your application has been reviewed, a member of our team will contact you with an update.
